Should I or shouldn’t I get this Sycamore Pendant lampshade from product designer Tom Raffield? The shade is made from a fine, single strip of Sycamore (FSC certified of course!) which is wrapped into its shade shape. I admire the classic, straightforward design – and Tom’s policy on sustainablility. As I currently have a bare bulb hanging in my living room, this seems like a clear choice… My only concern is that I’m going to overdose on wood. It seems to have become a mini-theme lately!
