her ‘see changes’ installation on the praça da cidade de salvador in matosinhos, portugal is the best thing that ever happened to a drab traffic island.

She is designing the public art for Philadelphia’s Dilworth Plaza – the public space adjacent to City Hall. She’s planning to use water, colored lighting and dry mist. It looks pretty awesome: http://www.echelman.com/philadelphia.html
