The Book Club is a new London hangout boasting cocktails, art, brunch, beer, music, talks, reading, dancing, wine, newspapers, storytelling and ping-pong. Is this the model venue for the 21st century?!
It’s is also a feast for the eyes – a wall of potted plants, a ceiling covered with 23,000 lightbulbs, Ercol chairs from Sunbury market, and a wall of thrift store books.
I want to go there.

Argh, I completely forgot that I’d been meaning to suggest this for book group! Oh well, next time.
Well – we’re clearly going to have to test the place out for our next meeting!
love all the unusual wall art — plants, ping pong paddles. so fun!
I know… it’s really well done. I will check it out and report back!
This is so fantastic! I especially love the ping pong room with all the paddles hanging on the wall.
