Check out the amazing finish on the walls of this flat in Tokyo.  Apparently, the architects used spackle as part of the finish on the mortar walls and then coated it with polyurethane.  This is taking rough-luxe to a new level!

Weight Vases

These are quite possibly the coolest and most clever vases I’ve ever seen (wire frames to hold the stem!).  It’s also so unique to see concrete used on such a small scale.  Brilliant.
