Chicago-based Wright auction house just sold 100 works of art, furniture and design from one private, Parisian collector. Each item is impressive on its own, but the collection as a whole (shown below as it was originally presented) is particularly breathtaking. It’s quite possibly the most sophisticated interior I’ve ever seen.

Oh, so clever, so clever.   ‘POP-UP’ (designed by Rogier Martens and Carmela Bogman) is a set of street furniture that can be pumped up or down to various heights.  What a brilliant concept for building flexibility into public spaces.
